One way of giving back to the community is through making a difference in the lives of children living in Children’s homes through meeting their needs.

You can choose to celebrate your special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries with these children.
Smile Community Centre tries its best to meet the minimum basic needs for the children at the centre through the help of donations.

The children have emotional needs that they long for. Visiting them and being among them gives them joy and puts a smile on their face because they feel loved. That moment of sharing is quite emotional.
These children have lost everything in their lives but when they are visited and shown a different kind of care and affection they feel overwhelmed. This gives satisfaction to them and you as well.

Other needs that can be met are such as clothes ( new or gently used), school supplies and story books, personal items such as toothbrushes, soap, tissues, diapers, pads. Food- snacks, flour, cereals, beddings and linens and monetary donations.

It is important to check with us about the needs of the centre prior.
We appreciate your efforts to meet the needs of our children and we encourage you not to do it once. Please come back frequently and help fulfill their needs again.
